1. Who we are

2. What Igajook is

Igajook is a free information registry of alcoholic drinks registered on the Estonian market, with their producers, importers and registration details.

It does not advertise, promote or sell alcohol. Listing a drink is not a recommendation or an endorsement.

3. Your account

• You need an account to add drinks or report errors. Browsing is open to everyone.
• Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and don't share your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

4. What you contribute

• Only submit information you believe is accurate and that you have the right to share.
• Don't submit advertising, promotional text, offensive or illegal content, or other people's personal data.
• You let us store, publish, edit and use your contributions as part of the registry, free of charge and without time limit. This continues after you delete your account, but your contributions are then no longer linked to you.
• We may review, correct, merge or remove any contribution at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• submit false error reports, spam or duplicate entries on purpose;
• try to access accounts, data or parts of the site you are not allowed to;
• overload or disrupt the site, including by mass automated downloading without our permission;
• use the site in a way that breaks the law.

6. Accuracy of the information

The registry is based on public registry data and on user contributions. We work to keep it accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every entry is correct, complete or up to date. For official purposes, check the official source.

If you spot an error, please report it on the drink's page.

7. Liability

The site is provided as it is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on the information on the site, or by the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law, including for intentional acts or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property

The site's design, software and the registry as a whole belong to the operator. Underlying public registry data remains subject to the terms of its original source.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and remove the related contributions.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to go to another court.
